Campus Coffee Porter

This rich and robust beer has a complex malt profile. The combination of BlueOx and honey malts, along with the trio of chocolate, black patent, and caramel malts creates a beer with a broad spectrum of flavors, ranging from caramel sweetness to dark chocolate and roasted coffee bitterness. Adding our own Guatemalan roast coffee during secondary fermentation enhances the coffee character, contributing both aroma and flavor.
